Our menus are inspired by Manitoba’s seasons and the rich variety our local producers offer. Designed by our Culinary Director and CEO, Chef Jessica Young, in collaboration with our Head Catering Chef, Chef Phil Comia each menu celebrates local flavors while supporting sustainable and fair food practices. We proudly source from Manitoba farmers, fishers, and food makers who share our values—strengthening our community’s economy, reducing our environmental footprint, and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
