Spruce Catering is a chef-driven catering company proudly managed by Diversity Food Services. Our team brings together culinary talent from some of Canada’s most prestigious food events, including Raw Almond, Table for 1200, and Canada’s Great Kitchen Party, where we earned a bronze medal. We are passionate about crafting exceptional dining experiences, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create menus—and memories—that leave a lasting impression.
